This lightweight, golden oil is a wealth of carotenoids, resveratrol, polyphenols and essential fatty acids working intelligently with your skin to strengthen its response to the sun’s rays. It contains a blend of aromatic tropical and floral essential oils along with fruit and seed oils that together create a scent that nods to summer’s abundance.
For best results, apply Sun Body Oil to the body before and after time spent in the sun. When in full sun exposure for longer periods of time, reapply this product approximately 1x per hour. Each person’s skin is unique, and timing will differ for individuals. If this product is used in addition to a Zinc-based sunscreen, then the oil should be applied to the skin first, followed by the sunscreen afterwards.
It is important to keep in mind that organic oils do not work in the same way as physical zinc blocks or FDA approved sunscreens. They work by providing antioxidant support and reducing inflammation. They enhance our skin’s ability to maintain good health while in the sun. There are a multitude of factors which determine how an individual’s skin responds to the sun in a positive or negative way.
