DETAILS
38% milk chocolate. Hand dipped in certified organic, fair-trade chocolate, our small batch browned butter caramels are hand made with organic cane sugar, Vermont cream and salted butter, water, and organic tapioca syrup. Available in 4 piece and 9-piece boxes, they are finished with a sprinkle of artisan Alaska Pure Sea Salt from Sitka, Alaska, creating a confection of smooth, toasted, buttery richness, with a touch of salt.
HOW TO USE
They keep well for 6 months from production (see "best by" date on product). But we promise: they'll never last that long. Keep away from heat sources. Refrigerate only if ambient temperature is above 70 degrees.

Organic cane sugar, organic, fair trade 70% chocolate, (organic, fair trade: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), Vermont heavy cream, Vermont salted butter, organic tapioca syrup, Alaska Pure Sea salt. These products are made in a facility that also processes tree nuts, dairy, and gluten. Contains milk.
