Start with clean, dry eyelids. Apply an eyeshadow primer to help the color go on smoothly and last longer. If you don’t have a primer, you can use a little concealer or foundation as a base. Using a flat eyeshadow brush or a sponge applicator, apply the base color over your entire eyelid, up to the brow bone.
